Confidentiality
Your medical records are confidential and the contents thereof will not be divulged
to anyone without your permission, including employers and other family members.
Generally the only exceptions to this policy are the occurrence of certain diseases,
which may have a reporting requirement to the Health Department, and information
regarding work-related injuries, which may be provided to an employer. The Staff
of HFMC are not employees of Harris Corporation, and will work to maintain your
confidentiality.
