HFMC Pharmacy

The Pharmacy is open to all Harris employees, retirees and dependents regardless of their primary physician. The pharmacy charges a lower co-payment than outside pharmacies ($7.50 generic, $26.25 preferred brand, and $41.25 non-preferred brand compared to $10/$30/$50 at outside pharmacies) and in addition, if you obtain your prescription from one of the HFMC physicians, you may obtain a 3-month supply when you fill your prescription at the HFMC Pharmacy (with the cost equivalent of 3 co-pays).

Ordering:
You may order by your physician calling in the order to (321) 726-1614, by e-mailing, or by faxing in the prescription to (321) 726-1611. If ordering via fax or e-mail, original prescriptions must be brought in to the Pharmacy to receive medication.

Refills:
Refills may be called into (321) 726-1614 or e-mailed to the Pharmacy (at least 24 hours prior to planned pick-up). Your prescription number will be needed. If you have no more refills available, please allow sufficient time for us to obtain approval from your physician.

Delivery Service:
A weekly delivery service is made to the Palm Bay Campus, Building 2 on Wednesday afternoons between 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. Prescription information must be called, faxed, or e-mailed to the Pharmacy by Monday at 4:00 p.m. in order to be ready for the delivery service.
